As a native Idahoan and Boise resident, I have been a specialist in mortgage lending for over 10 years. I have a Bachelor Degree in Finance with a minor in Economic Forecasting, which affords me a better understanding of the economic markets and the forces which drive them.
I spend time each day studying several industry periodicals and have bond market text updates sent to me several times daily so that I may take advantage of the best time to lock in a rate for my clients. As a Certified Mortgage Planning Specialist™, I have expertise in the area of mortgage planning, cash flow management and real estate equity management that will help me advise you on how to best accomplish your goals.
